Meet Happy.

He is literally the biggest dog I've ever met. He weighs 220 pounds and has to be fed 8 times a day!

Happy Valentine's Day!
I love getting mail here! Thanks granny b for all the gifts. Love you!

Russ and Nanette are so incredibly sweet! Even though she is in the hospital they sent me a valentine package. They rock. I love you guys!

My little sisters brought me this sock monkey to send to Clint (my boyfriend) for valentine's day. We noticed there was a hole in the side so before stitching it up I wrote a note on a little heart and stuck it in there. What does the note say? The world will never know. Love you Clinty!

My cute grandma brought me the yummiest treat ever! Don't they look good? Please, stop drooling over your computer.

My sweet little sisters Cambri and Faith bought me this adorable monkey to cuddle with for Valentine's. Thanks mom for the cute jacket and card.

Love will keep us together

I have the best mama ever! She made me homemade zucchini bread (a very yummy breakfast)!

The hospital asked if I would participate in a random study to help research and such with cancer. The reason my mom is giving blood is for a genetic study. Way to take one for the team mom!

It may not look like it... but we were actually having a dance party last night! haha
It only lasted one song then I was too tired and Danny was a party pooper.
 Juuuuust kidding Danny.
Some of your moves were "Flippin Sweet!" (said in napoleon dynamite voice)

napolean dynamites dance.
We are now on week 3. Michalla is a little stir crazy--who can blame her.  She had a fever a couple of nights ago which is always scary. (Fever = infection).  Michalla is feeling remarkably well considering all things.  We are enjoying it while we can since the bone marrow transplant will be a whole other story. The biggest problems have been headaches (this happens when you are low on platelets and blood), nausea and achy legs.

Sad news:  The rockin hair is starting to come out.  Michalla can pull out hair so easily and she is finding lots of hair on her pillow and clothes.  It is still to be determined if she will shave it this week or just wait for it to fall out.  Either way, Wow...what a brave girl!!!
im going crazy!

I am trying to get something useful out of all this dumb down time in the hospital. So..... I am learning how to crochet! I am going to get my granny on.

Hillary (my child life specialist) was so kind to let me do valentine nails on her! They are supposed to be like a heart beat... no judging if you couldn't tell!
